We have redone our lower level as "Papa" can no longer do stairs. Toasty warm, attractive and excellent workmanship. Even the from drop compartment panel has 3 quality hinges, when 2 could have gotten by. Nice flame. Most important warm and quiet. Nice top mantle size for decor items. P.S. googled around and this was best priced for this unit.

This is a beautifully made surround. It fits perfectly around the fireplace. Installation for wall mount is easy enough to do. Great looking addition to living are.

This surround looks fantastic in our wall, as well the fireplace I love the design and the color options. The flames look realistic and the heater provides enough ambient heat that it quickly warms you up when you are in front of it. We do not use it to heat a full room, just "to get the chill off". Assembly of unit is easy, instructions are clear and easy to use. A couple of installation issues though - the height / width clearence specifications are incorrect. If the unit was not screwed together I guess they would be right, but because of the screw heads I had to add a 1/2" width and height to my inner frame. The depth was another issue, The cord protrudes out the back of the unit on the far left side, there is no option to route the wiring to the bottom without modifying the unit (that I could find) even if I was to wire it in directly the wiring required that it come out the back of the unit on the left side. In my case (wall mount) I had to cut the existing drywall away and create a chasam to the far left side of the unit. So what I am saying is that it would have been nicer to have an option to route the wiring directly down as well.

Exactly What I was looking for!

We love this fireplace surround. It was delivered in great shape. The quality is nice. It came packed in 4 pieces which made getting it in the car easier. Putting it together was not difficult but you do need to pay attention and take your time to get the fireplace adjusted on all sides. It looks great. Much bigger than expected when it was all together. You need a really big wall if you want to hang it. I have it on the floor against the wall, and from time to time angle it in the corner. I like that I can move it around. BTW the fireplace (which is sold separately) is the nicest fireplace I have ever seen.

This fireplace is great. We did not recess it, but also purchased the surround that is specifically made for this fireplace. It is beautiful and together look stunning. Very easy to put together and is great whether you are using just the flame or with the heat also. Would highly recommend over the cheaper fireplaces.

I installed it in a new surround I built where my old gas fireplace was located, we love the look! I have it hard wired and the heater works great, it is so quiet I have to turn down my tv to hear it running. Well built and comes with everything thing you need to install no matter what your setup is, not sure about longevity since I have only had it installed for 6-months but on issues so far.

The fireplace was easy to install and is beautiful especially with the surround itself! I turn it on every evening when I’m sitting in the room with it because I absolutely love how calming it is.
