This was purchased for my living room to supplement my central heating without raising the temperature in the entire house. I really like the versatility of the flame and thermostat options. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

This electric fireplace insert is exactly as described. Flame is not totally realistic, but got lots of positive reactions at our Thanksgiving dinner.

Perfect accent to our guest bedroom! Easy to install and use. Would buy again. Great heat output. There are 3 fire colors to choose and levels of brightness. Temp goes up to 82. Perfect.

Unit fit perfectly into old wood fireplace opening. It heats all of our basement so well! It used to be freezing and is now so comfortable. Be mindful if purchasing the faceplate because the bottom fits lower on the frame of the fireplace so you need to raise the fireplace in order for it to fit.

When we redecorated our rv we put one of these in the living area. That was five years ago and just replaced the older one after being hauled all over the country. We use it for heating, love the five different flames, and the way it just looks.

We snapped a piece in half and by miracle it was the one piece that mattered the least. All in all, go slow, read and re-read the directions, take a break if you get stressed, and have a helper or two! Worth it!

I can't say enough good things about this product. First and foremost, I so enjoy the heat output, but warming. Install was a breeze.
