I was so upset when the fireplace went out right before Christmas. They got it to us fast and it was very easy to install. Our old one didn't have a bypass switch, so when the remote stopped working, there was no way to get power to it. We thought the whole thing was shot. This one will work if the remote stops working again. Good improvement.

It does not have timer delay, but easy to operate, attractive design. I think this switch is better than a conventionnal remote.

This was a great part to purchase to replace the original Electronics in this fireplace! Swap-out was plug-and-play and literally took 30 minute per unit or less! Had two separate problems with each fireplace and this resolved the issue for both! Would purchase again and recommend purchase for someone else!

I ordered this because my remote wasn't working. The lights would flash and stop flashing like a successful programming, but the buttons just didn't work, but they do now! I also put led bulbs in while I was down there for 200 less watts

Excellent Product!

Packaged well and protected . Remote Control was exact replacement for the original. Control unit is different than the original installed on my electric fireplace stove. Remote required no programming . Cannot share feedback on Control unit since my current one is functioning . Cost of buying both control and remote were worth it. Competitors were charging alot just for buying the remote only. Highly recommend.

I just got this item installed yesterday. The instructions were clear but there were some issues. The screws which attach the parts are very small which makes them difficult to handle and screw in. The cover plate accidently dropped down into the slot at the front of the fireplace and disappeared. There is no way to get it out. The remote does work as described and it does a good job of controlling the fireplace.
