What if I forgot to use my discount code /voucher?

We currently have Free Shipping on all orders, Free shipping will applied automatically in checkout.

I Placed the Wrong Shipping Address. How Can I Have it Changed/Updated?

First, you will get order confirmation email so you can double check if you insert a wrong address. If you still think the shipping address is wrong, Please send us an email right away at Support@woodmajestic.com after you realized that you made a mistake in choosing the right size or you failed to place the correct shipping address.

Include your ORDER # in your email so we can immediately pull up your account from our system and assist you as quickly as possible.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Cancellation will only be allowed within 24 hours after the item was purchased.

Can I Get Discount if I order More Than One Item?

As of this time, Wood Majestic is not offering any discount for 2 or more orders however, we might offer this in the near future especially for our loyal customers. Feel free to subscribe to our newsletter to be known the first when this happen

And if I want to order lots of items, can I get bulk discount for it?

If you are a retailer and you want to order in bulk from us on certain products, please send us an email through this contact from so we can discuss the price per item and other terms of business.

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed every 30 days. You then can “Cash Out” and be paid only via Paypal.

How long is the shipping and lead time?

Processing will take 1-3 business days, and shipping and delivery will take 3-7 days.

I need my order now. Can Wood Majestic expedite shipping?

Yes, we do, add your products to cart, start the Checkout process and when you'll need to choose shipping, we'll show you your options. (It may vary, depends on your location)

Order Delaying. I have not received my item within the promised shipping & delivery timeframe.

Please contact our Customer Service via email at Support@woodmajestic.com who will assist you with your request. Customer Service will help check and track your order and make sure it gets delivered at the soonest possible time.

Factors such as extreme weather conditions, customs clearing, and delayed logistics may have an impact on the delivery time.

How can I know the exact date and time of delivery?

After ordering, you should get tracking number and a tracking URL. usually it will be FedEx OR USPS (for ground shipping)

If item is heavy you'll be eligible for Free LTL Freight shipping, in this case you should receive a tracking number and a tracking URL to your email.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Right now, we do NOT ship outside the USA.

I Ordered and Was Charged for It But I Didn't Get a Tracking Number. Where is My Order?

Why Isn't My Tracking Number Working?

For local orders (within the United States), tracking number should work almost instantly right after we send it to you. Most of our products are shipped through FedEx or USPS or in other occasions, we might use a faster courier (also depends on which shipping method you have chosen).

If you already received your tracking number and it is not working, please send us an email at Support@woodmajestic.comstating the problem as well as your order # so we can assist you quickly.

Where are my items coming from?

All of our products are made in the USA, therefore the items will be ships within the US. Our main Warehouse located in LA.
