I love the custom appearance options, This is a great piece and adds a fun and romantic touch to the chosen room!

My living room feels so much cozier since we added this fireplace. It adds so much warmth and ambience that my husband and I often just sit and talk rather than watching tv like we used to. It’s very well made and works perfectly.

I was a bit nervous to order one especially after reading some of the reviews but I’m glad I did because I LOVE IT. It’s perfect! I bought a 50 inch, and everything still works perfectly fine.

I LOVE all the different display options this has and that you can choose to view the fireplace without the heat going. The heat works extremely well too- heats up a big room quick! The downside of this thing is that it's extremely heavy. If you're fine with it weighing a bit then I'd say this is the one for you- it's absolutely a beautiful machine! Everything on it works as it should, no problems whatsoever here.

Looks great and easy to install and assemble. Everyone that has seen it has been impressed. We absolutely are pleased with our purchase. It does everything it states.

This appliance and provides the beauty and warmth of a real fireplace without the fuss, muss, mess and risk of a chimney fire. It can be placed in or on the wall. It comes with logs for a traditional look or crystals for a very cool contemporary vibe.

Easy to install. The only thing that I wish they would show you in the manual was how to take off the glass after you install it to replace the wood with rocks. Other than that it is awesome.
