We just received our fireplace and I’m already in love! It is beautiful. It arrived on time as promised, nicely packaged with zero damage. We are redoing our master bedroom with hardwood flooring and our plan is to build a corner surround for the fireplace. Can’t wait!

Arrived by Truck. Inspected box. Very well packaged and came on a pallet. No damage. My fear of damaged product at ease. Easily assembled. Very few parts. Handles on sides made it easy to move into place. The whole online process was very enjoyable. Tyler was knowledable and has answered any emails and questions promptly. I would not hesitate to business with electric fireplaces again. Class A company.

I had been looking for an electric fireplace insert for our 1920’s house for sometime when I first saw this fireplace. What stood out to me was how realistic it was! I also love that the heat is adjustable making the fireplace useable in the summer months! This is by far one of the best units on the market!

Chose the 24” herringbone with large trim. Love the fit. Love the look. Definitely completes the vibe of my cabin. (Assembly pieces were a little mismatched, but I found a way to make it work.) Would highly recommend for those wanting the “real” fire look.

We found the Dimplex Revillusion to have the most realistic flame on the market with adjustments for effects to suit our natural-looking taste. Attaching the front glass took a bit of fidgeting, otherwise there is no assembly. The front touch-controls are easy to use and the remote is fully functional. We don't need the additional heat, but the heater seems to work well with a digital readout. I built the surround and hearth to suit our decor, and the insert slipped right in. It seems solidly built, the logs are realistic and the adjustable flame color & height adds a nice touch. Delivery took just four days. Real-fire purists might scoff, but the realistic flame and plug-in performance without wood piles, gas pipes or exhaust is perfect for our lifestyle. We've had wood-burning fireplaces and gas fireplaces, but today's realistic electric fireplaces, though not cheap, are an attractive alternative.

Wonderful firebox. Easy to set up and use. Has some wonderful features like a timer, set temperature, adjust flames, etc. You will not be disappointed if you purchase. Excellent company to deal with!

Very pleased with the quick delivery! Delivery guy was super nice! All components were included with the exception of two screws but my hubby made it work. All was as advertised and we are happy, happy! Merry Christmas!
