Product was very well packed and arrived in great condition. Easy to assemble and looked great and very realistic. We really like the many adjustments that are possible. One small area that did not align exactly correct but most people would not notice it. Well worth spending a little extra to get a quality product! The extra large firebox adds to the real looking appearance!

This Fireplace is amazing! Never seen anything like this anywhere. I had a party and everyone complimented about how beautiful and elegant it looks. It took me awhile to find this online. It was the most I spent on an electric fireplace but it was worth every penny! If you are looking for a white elegant fireplace don't even think about this! Just get it!

This fireplace makes a statement and I love it. It adds a touch of class to my living room. I had no idea there were colour changing lights above the flame. It's not a feature I will use often myself but an option for a different look. Assembly was fairly straight forward but the instructions booklet was very poor and definitely takes 2 people. Some of the holes did not line up exactly for the screws but after digging paint out of screw hole we managed to get it screwed in. It's a very quiet running fireplace and gives off just the right amount of heat to take the chill off. Delivery man went beyond what I was told to expect for which I am grateful.

Very easy to put together. Everything was there no pieces missing. Very elegant. I am using it at my beach house home and it fits in with the decor. Need now to decorate around it. Going to enjoy it with the heater when needed and when not needed.

I was trying to decide between have a real fireplace installed and trying to make this one look legitimate. I decided to go the much cheaper route and this was the most elegant electric fireplace with mantel that I could find. I'm having a contractor do a two inch build out wall to put this up against and I am thrilled after assembly. Directions were good, but some of the pieces didn't line up perfectly. That's pretty standard with things like this, but with a little elbow grease we got it together. It's going to be gorgeous once I'm finished.

Looks Great and makes room feel cozy.

Very nice accent piece for our traditional living room. The flame is very realistic and provides a cozy feeling when in the room. Have the flame on most of the time when home. Don't use/need it for heat but glad we got this fireplace.

Love. Great addition to bedroom. We added small trim work to upper back so it was flush with wall instead of cutting our tall baseboard. Obviously electric but an excellent choice for convenient plug and play option
