Returns, Refunds, Cancelation & Exchanges Policy

Cancelation Policy

We know that sometimes things don't work out or you may change your mind. We can honor a 100% refund if your product is cancelled within 24 hours, or if it has not shipped yet.

It’s important to contact us as soon as possible when trying to cancel an order. Please submit your request in writing including the order number, product, and your contact information and we will do our best to cancel it for you.

If the product is in production or already shipped, then you will need to follow our return policy instructions below.

If the product was not shipped, a full refund or exchange can be made easily by contacting us.

Most items are eligible for cancelations; however, some items are custom made specially for you and cannot be canceled once the materials are ordered, All sales are final for the following:
  • Custom made products
  • Made-to-order products

  • # "Made-to-order" products by brands; Prism Hardscapes, The Outdoor Plus.

    30 Days Return Policy

    Customer satisfaction is very important to us and our Customer Services Support Team is here to assist you.

    We are happy to accept returns up to 30 days from the date you receive the item. We might be able to accept a return after this period. 

    To return an eligible item to Wood Majestic, please send an email to support@woodmajestic.com

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    A 15-20% restocking fee will be issued for any returned item but the fee will be waived in most instances for an exchange. Please contact us for more details.
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it has been approved to be returned.

    Please keep in mind that items that are made-to-order are final sale unless stated otherwise. Most made to order items cannot be returned. If your item is made to order and your order has already been submitted but not shipped and you decide to cancel your order, it may be too late to cancel your order. Please contact us for the item you are interested in and for more details.

    Return Procedure

    Defects Or missing parts

    Orders with missing pieces or defective will fall under warranty and can be returned or replaced.
    • Reference your order number as proof of purchase 
    • Returned items must be in their original condition, including any retail packaging, in order to be accepted.
    • Photos of damage or defect must be sent to  support@woodmajestic.com
    • If you received your item and it is damaged or defective we must be notified, along with receiving the relevant evidence, within 7 days of the item being delivered. Please notify us as soon as possible and we will take the necessary steps to replace or repair your item.
    • If the product you’ve returned is ineligible for a refund, we will notify you as soon as possible.
    • Shipping label for defects or missing parts are included in the box.
    • Product must be in it's original packaging OR wrapped with a packaging that allows the carrier properly and safely pickup the unit.

    Return Shipping

    Please contact us at support@woodmajestic.com before shipping your item back to us.

    Unfortunately you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item, unless the item received was defective or damaged and we were notified within the 7 day period mentioned in the previous paragraph. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Refund Procedure

    • If the return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in approximately 3-5 days.
    • A check will be mailed for any bank wire or check transactions. Refund checks are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued.

    Holiday Policy

    • Eligible items purchased from November 1st – December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

    Exchanges

    If you want to exchange your product for something similar, or a different product altogether, we can help you out! We offer two options – Standard Exchange and Expedited Exchange. Please note, all of our standard return policies apply.

    Standard Exchange: Once you return the product you wish to exchange, we will apply the credit to your new order and begin processing it at that time.
    Expedited Exchange: If you need the product shipped out before your return is received, we simply ask for a credit card to be placed on file and the return sent back within 30 days to avoid any additional charges.

    Sales Tax

    We don't charge sales tax in most states so the price you see is the price you pay!
