Of all the electric fireplaces we looked at, this insert appeared to be the most realistic and traditional looking for our old wood burning fireplace. The flames themselves don’t change colors, but it has LED lights on the top of the insert that do add some color variation, it actually creates a really beautiful effect. I was really surprised with how fast the delivery was for this fireplace, it came to our door in a week from the time we submitted our order on Wood Majestic's website.

The Napoleon Ascent Electric Fireplace is a gem in our living room. This fireplace has transformed our space into a warm and inviting retreat. Replaced existing gas logs with this unit. Luckily this unit had the exact dimensions needed for our room so we didnt have to have a contractor.

We got it for our living room. Was easy to install. Unit looks really nice. We Wired ours to 120v. Gives good heat. But we wish it was more. Overall flames are really nice, lots of options with this fireplace.

We bought this to replace a dimplex that did not have a 2 stage blower fan. Just high all the time. Our concern was the loudness of the blower fan. We could not be happier with this unit. It really is whisper quiet. It has many features that we like. We are very pleased with this unit and would reccomend it highly.

They are easy to install, very descriptive with dimensions, and the most realistic flames. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for ventless fireplace that still produces good heat.
